Green Monster Smoothie
1 C Almond Milk or soy, hemp, cow, cashew
1 Frozen Banana
2 Handfuls of Kale of Spinach
1 Tsp. Maple Syrup optional
3 Tbsp. Shelled Hemp Seeds
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
